That portion of Parcel 3, as shown on Parcel Map No. 6726, as filed in Book 20, Page 76, of
Parcel Maps, in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, State of California, said
Parcel 3, lying within the Northeast One- Quarter of Section 19, Township 3 South,
Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL "A"
COMMENCING at the North One - Quarter Corner of said Section 19, as shown on said Parcel
Map;
THENCE, along the centerline of John F. Kennedy Drive and the Northerly line of said
