Corporation , to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby
accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of
Riverside on behalf of the public for public roads and utility
uses, and subject to improvements in accordance with County
standards, will be included into the County Maintained Road
System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County
Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to recordation thereof
by its duly authorized officer.

Limonite Avenue
That portion of the south half of the southwest quarter of Section 19, Township 2
South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, as shown by Sectionalized
Survey of the Jurupa Rancho, on the file in Book 9 Page 33 of Maps, Records of San
Bernardino County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 19;
Thence North 89° 36' 49" East along the south line of said Section 19 and along
the south line of that certain 60.00 foot right -of -way as granted to the State of California
by deed recorded December 1, 1942 in book 563 page 110, Official Records of Riverside
County, California, a distance of 60.00 feet, to the southeast corner thereof, said corner
also being the southwest corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the County of
Riverside by deed recorded September 27, 1957 as Instrument No. 69713, Official
Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence North 00° 03' 13" West along the east line of said parcel so conveyed to
the State of California and the west line of said parcel so conveyed to the County of
Riverside, a distance of 20.44 to the northwest corner of said parcel so conveyed to the
County of Riverside, said corner also being on the northerly right-of-way line of
Limonite Avenue;
Thence South 88° 22' 56" East along the northerly line of said parcel so conveyed
and along said northerly right -of -way line, a distance of 150.06 feet for the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING, said point being the southwest corner of that certain parcel of land
conveyed to the Southern California Gas Company by deed recorded January 21, 1958 as
Instrument No. 4588, Official Records of Riverside County, California, said point also
being the most easterly corner of that certain road easement convey to the County of
Riverside by deed recorded December 21, 1998 as Instrument No. 552206, Official
Record of Riverside County, California;
Thence continuing South 88° 22' 56" East along the south line of said parcel of
land conveyed to Southern California Gas Company as aforesaid and along said northerly
right -of -way line, a distance of 40.02 feet to the southeast corner of said parcel of land
conveyed to Southern California Gas Company;
Thence North 00° 03' 13" West along the east line of said parcel conveyed to
Southern California Gas Company as aforesaid, a distance of 29.80 feet to a point
thereon;
Thence North 85° 03' 13" West, a distance of 40.15 feet to a point on the west line
of said parcel convey to Southern California Gas Company as aforesaid;
