THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property
granted by the easement dated 10. 4301
from Alfred F. Barillaro and Anne C. Barillaro , to the
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose
of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for drainage purposes, and subject to improvements in
accordance with County standards, will be included into the
County Maintained Road System by the undersigned on behalf
of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained
in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

PARCEL 1 OF PARCEL MAP 18445 AS RECORDED IN BOOK 126, PAGES 81 AND 82,
INCLUSIVE, OF PARCEL MAPS IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER IN
UNINCORPORATED TERRITORY OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SAID
EASEMENT BEING A PORTION OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 5 SOUTH, RANGE 3 WEST, SAN
