That portion of the southwest quarter of Section 5, Township 4 South, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, in the County of Riverside, State of California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest corner of said Section 5, said point also being on the
centerline of Wood Road (44.00 feet in half width), as shown on Record of Survey recorded in
Book 47 of Records of Survey at page 88 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence North 00 °39'00" West along the west line of said Section 5 and along said
centerline of Wood Road, a distance of 558.00 feet to a point thereon;
Thence North 89 °21'00" East, at a right angle, a distance of 44.00 feet for the TRUE
