4 ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION FOR A PORTION OF SUTTLES
5 DRIVE IN THE WOODCREST AREA FOR PUBLIC USE

8 WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portions of Suttles Drive were offered
9 for dedication for public road purposes by Parcel Map 8268, recorded in Book 56,
10 Pages 6 and 7 inclusive, of Parcel Maps, and by Parcel Map12886, recorded in Book .
11 73, Page 37, of Parcel Maps, records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California,
12 which offers of dedication have not previously been accepted by the County, now,
13 therefore,

15 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
16 Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
17 assembled on December 11 , 2001, that this Board accepts the offers of
18 dedication and recognizes that said road is a public road open for use by the general
19 public;

21 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that this
22 acceptance is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of
23 the public, for public road and utility uses and is not an acceptance of the road into.
24 the County Maintained Road System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and
25 Highways Code and that said road shall not become part of the County Maintained

resolution adopted by this Board;
Said road is in the County of Riverside, State of California, and is described as
follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Cleric
