SUBJECT: Summarily vacating a portion of Harvest. Drive, in the Mira Loma area,
Second Supervisoriai District
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2000 -21, summarily vacating a portion of
Harvest Drive.
JUSTIFICATION:
The reason for the vacation is to accommodate the dedication of an offset cul -de-
sac which is part of a warehouse facility project.

SUMMARILY VACATING PORTIONS OF HARVEST DRIVE
IN THE MIRA LOMA AREA
(AB- 99020)
(SECOND SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portions of Harvest Drive were dedicated to the
County by Parcel Map 28204 -1, recorded in Book 194, Pages 69 through 71 inclusive, records
of the Recorder, Riverside County, California, and,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portions of Harvest Drive are excess right -of-
way and are not required for public road purposes; now, therefore; 3
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
January 25 , 2000, as follows:
1. That the hereinafter - descri bed portions of Harvest Drive are no longer required for
public road purposes and are, pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Street and Highways Code,
hereby summarily vacated.
