page 6 thereof, both Records of San Bernardino County, California, located in Section 25,
Township 2 South, Range 7 West per Map Book 9, page 33, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline 65 Street with the centerline of
Hamner Avenue of Tract No. 28520 -1, as shown by map on file in Book 275 of Maps at pages 11
through 18 inclusive thereof, Record of Riverside County, California;
Thence South 00° 07' 39" East along said centerline of Hamner Avenue, a distance of
1319.79 feet to an intersection with the easterly prolongation of the north line of said Lot 28;
