Those portions of Lots 25, 26, 36, Cleveland Avenue and Olive Street of the Map
of the Kingston Tract, as shown by map on file in Book 12 of Maps at page 6 thereof,
Records of San Bernardino County, California, located in Section 25, Township 2 South,
Range 7 West per Map Book 9, page 33, Records of San Bernardino County, California,
described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline 65 Street with the centerline of
Hamner Avenue of Tract No. 28520 -1, as shown by reap on file in Book 275 of Maps at
pages 11 through 18 inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence South 00° 07' 39" East along said centerline of Hamner Avenue, a
distance of 1319.79 feet to an intersection with the easterly prolongation of the north Iine
of Lot 28 of said Kingston Tract;
