LU That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2000 -64 summarily vacating the

JUSTIFICATION:
The owner of the lot affected by the drainage easement has requested the
vacation because the drainage easement is longer necessary. The

SUMMARILY VACATING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT
IN THE TEMECULA AREA
(AB-99 -027)
( THIRD SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described drainage easement as dedicated to the County
by Tract Map 23629 -1, recorded in book 261, pages 90 through 93 inclusive, records of the
Recorder, Riverside County, California; and
WHEREAS, the drainage easement is no longer necessary: and
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board 'of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
March 7 2000, as follows:
1. That pursuant to section 8333(b) of the Streets and Highway Code, the right to
accept the dedication of the herein - after - described Drainage Easements are hereby
summarily vacated:
