SUMMARILY VACATING THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT
PORTIONS OF 68" STREET AND LUCRETIA AVE
IN THE MIRA LOMA AREA

(SECOND SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portions of 68T Street and Lucretia Ave are
shown on a Record of Survey on file in, Book 54, Page 82, records of the Recorder, Riverside
County, California, and,
WHEREAS, those portions of 68 11H Street and Lucretia Ave have not been accepted by
the County of Riverside; and,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described portions of 68'" and Lucretia Ave are excess
right -of -way and are not required for public road purposes; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
March 7 . 2000, as follows:
1. That the hereinafter - described portions of 68 Street and Lucretia Ave are not
required for public road purposes and are, pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Street and
Highways Code, hereby summarily vacated.

utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate, replace,
remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to Section 8340 of the Streets and Highways Code
