RECOMMENDED MOTION:

That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2000 -49, summarily vacating the right to
accept the dedication of an unnamed road easement.
JUSTIFICATION:
The vacation of the 40 foot unnamed road easement is per the conditions of
approval for Tract 25219. The 40 foot easement is not a part of the General Plan.
This vacation will not eliminate access to any parcels.

SUMMARILY VACATING THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT
THE DEDICATION OF AN UNNAMED EASEMENT
IN THE WOODCREST AREA

(FIRST SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the herein -after described unnamed road easement was dedicated to the
County per Instrument number 69296 recorded June 6, 1974, records of the County
Recorder, Riverside County, California, and, -
WHEREAS, the offer of dedication for said unnamed road easement has not been
accepted by the County of Riverside; and,
WHEREAS, said unnamed road easement is not part of the circulation element of the
General Plan, and that this vacation will not eliminate access to any parcels, and is excess
right of way, and not required for public street or highway purposes; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
march 7 . 2000, as follows:
1. That the right to accept the hereinafter described portion of said unnamed road
easement is excess right of way not required for public street and highway purposes and is
pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code, hereby summarily vacated:

3 EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement
4 for any existing public utilities and public service facilities, together
5 with the right to maintain, operate, replace, remove or renew such
6 facilities, pursuant to Section 8340 of the Streets and Highway Code.

8 2. That the herein- described unnamed road easement is unnecessary for present
9 or prospective public use, including use as a non - motorized transportation facility.

11 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of this
12 Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
13 County Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.
