SUBJECT: Summarily vacating a portion of restricted abutters rights of access along
Newport Road, in the Menifee area, Third Supervisorial District
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2000 -52, summarily vacating a portion of
abutters rights of access along Newport Road.
JUSTIFICATION:
The vacation of that portion of restricted abutters rights of access along Newport
Road will comply with the conditions of approval, requiring emergency and
circulation access for a Gas Station/Convenience Store/Fast Food /Car Wash, per
CUP #3259.

SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF RESTRICTED ABUTTERS RIGHTS
OF ACCESS ALONG NEWPORT ROAD, IN THE MENIFEE AREA
(AB99025)
(THIRD SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the restricted abutters rights of access along Newport Road was
dedicated to the County by Parcel Map 22233, recorded in Book 187, Pages 9 through 14,
inclusive, records of the County Recorder, Riverside County, California, and,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portions of restricted abutters rights of access
for Parcels 9, 10 and 12 of said map are not necessary and are excess interest; now,
therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
March 7 2000, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that the hereinafter
described restricted abutters rights of access is an excess interest in the named right -of- way
that is not required for highway purposes and is hereby summarily vacated:

Recorder of the County of Riverside, Califomia.
