RESOLUTION NO 2000 -70
ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR A PORTION OF WARM SPRINGS
DRIVE, IN THE GLEN IVY AREA
( FIRST SUPERVISORIAI_ DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described public road, as dedicated by Tract Map 7240,
filed in book 90, pages 18 thru 22 inclusive, records of Riverside County, California,
hereinafter - referred to, which has not previously been accepted by the County, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
March 14 , 2000, that this Board accepts and recognizes that said road is a public
road open for use by the general public;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that this acceptance is
for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public, for public road
and utility uses and is not an acceptance of the roads into the County Maintained Road
System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code and that said roads shall
not become a part of the County Maintained Road System unless subsequently accepted into
said maintained road system by resolution adopted by this Board;
Said road is in the County of Riverside, State of California, and is described as follows: I

SUBJECT: Accepting an offer of dedication for a portion of Warm Springs Drive, in the
Glen Ivy Area. Fist Su arvisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2000 -70 accepting the offer of
dedication for a public road.
JUSTIFICATION:
The applicant for Tentative Tract No. 29416, has requested the acceptance
of a portion of Warm Springs Drive so they can obtain an encroachment
permit from the Transportation department for the installation of the
improvements, as conditioned by Tentative Tract No. 29416, within said
Warm Springs Drive.
