9 WHEREAS, the hereinafter described drainage easement as dedicated to the County
10 by Tract Map 28093, recorded in book 280, pages 78 through 81 inclusive of maps, also
1.1 described in document recorded as instrument number 375414 on September 27, 1993, both
12 records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California; and

14 WHEREAS, the drainage easement is no longer necessary: and

16 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
17 the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
18 I March 21 , 2000, as follows:

20 1. That pursuant to section 8333(b) of the Streets and Highway Code, the right to
21 accept the dedication of the herein - after - described Drainage Easements are hereby

2. That the hereinabove- described drainage easement is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use, including use as a non - motorized transportation facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of this
Board shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Riverside County, California.

map on file in Book 280 of Maps at pages 78 through 81 inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside
County, California, also as shown on Instrument No. 375414 recorded on September 27, 1993,
Records of said County, lying within a portion of Section 5, Township 7 South, Range 2 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, being a strip of land, 55.00 feet in width, lying easterly of and
contiguous with the following described line:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said Section 5, as shown by said map;
Thence North 89 °31'58" East along the north fuze of said Section 5, a distance of 2034.00
feet to a point thereon;
Thence South 00 °28'02" East, a distance of 44.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING, said point being on the south right-of-way line of Thompson Road as deeded to
County of Riverside recorded May 20, 1975 as Instrument No. 58523, Official Records of
Riverside County, California;
