SUBJECT: Summarily vacating a drainage easement, in the Woodcrest Area, Eirst
Su ervisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2000 -60, summarily vacating a drainage
easement.
JUSTIFICATION:
The drainage easement was dedicated on Tract Map 26814, recorded in book
284, pages 1 through 8, inclusive. The existing drainage easement has been
superceded by Instrument No. 091987 Recorded March 13 2000 and is
no longer required by the Riverside County Transportation Department.

SUMMARILY VACATING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT,
IN THE WOODCREST AREA

WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described drainage easement was established for drainage
purposes by Tract Map 26814 recorded in book 284, pages 1 through 8, inciusive, records of
the Recorder of Riverside County, California,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described drainage easement has been §uperseded by
relocation and there are no other public facilities located within this easement: now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMI NED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on April 4 , 2000,
as follows:
Pursuant to Section 8333(c) of the Streets and Highways Code that the hereinafter -
described drainage easement is hereby summarily vacated.
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBIT "A" AND "B" MADE A PART HEREOF
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
