inclusive, of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Riverside, California,

Commencing at an angle point in the Southeast line of said Parcel 18, said point being the Southerly
terminus of that line described as North 71 ° 11'03" East 3037.72 feet on said Parcel Map 24387; thence
South 11 '07'17 " East 297.04 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 11 7 " East 113.23
feet; thence South 86 °54'53" West 50.02 feet to a non- tangent curve concave southwesterly having a
