LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ACCESS ROAD EASEMENT
A sixty (60.00) foot wide easement for ingress and egress thereto across that portion of
Parcel 3 of Parcel Map 22745, Section 32, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, County of Riverside, State of California, as shown on the map filed in
Book 155, Pages 71 through 74 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County the centerline of which is more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Parcel 3 of said Parcel Map 22745;
Thence North 00 13' 55" East 88.00 feet to a point on the northerly line of Honeyrun Road;
Thence along the northerly line of said Honeyrun Road North 89" 46' 09" West 145.00 feet
to the "True Point of Beginning ";
Thence on a line parallel with the easterly line of said Parcel 3 North 00 13' 51" East
1002.98 feet to a point on the southerly line of that certain easement for public road and
drainage purposes in favor of the County of Riverside by deed recorded December 15,
1994 as Instrument Number 467026, official records of said County;
The sidelines of said 60 -foot easement to be extended or shortened to terminate at the said
southerly line of said easement. See Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The above- described parcel contains 60,179 Square Feet, (1.382 Acres), more or less.
