JUSTIFICATION:
Said vacation of a portion of Sendero Del Charro and a portion of a 60.00 foot
wide road easement as herein described are at the request of the adjacent
land owners for security, privacy, maintenance, and landscaping. All parcels
will be accessible through private road easements. All adjacent landowners
have been notified of the vacation, by certified mail, with no negative
acknowledgments. There will be no detrime impact on traffic patterns.

A PORTION OF SENDERO DEL CHARRO AND A PORTION OF A 60.00
FOOT WIDE ROAD EASEMENT, IN THE WOODCREST AREA

BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on August 1 ,
2000, pursuant to sections 2381 and 8320 of the Streets and Highways Code, that it is the
intention of this Board to vacate as unnecessary for present or prospective use, including use
as a non - motorized transportation facility, a portion of Sendero Del Charro and a portion of a
60.00 foot wide, unnamed road easement described as follows:
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND PLAT ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBIT "A" AND "B" AND MADE A PART HEREOF
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that a public hearing
on this resolution be held on August 29 , 2000, at 10:00 a.m.
in the meeting room of the Board of Supervisors, County Administrative Center, 14' Floor,
Riverside, California, at which time and place this board will hear and consider the proposal
to vacate a portion of Sendero Del Charro and a portion of a 60.00 foot wide road easement
described herein.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Board is directed to cause this resolution to be published pursuant to Section 8322(a) and the
Transportation Director shall cause notice of the hearing to be posted pursuant to section 8323
of the Streets and Highways Code.
