That portion of Lot 41 of Tract 25219 -1 per map recorded in Book 270 of Maps, pages 21
through 28 inclusive, Records of Riverside County, State of California described as:
Commencing at the northeast comer of said Lot 41, also being a point on a curve concave to the
east, having a radius of 330.00 feet, from which the radius point bears North 85 °48'31" East;
Thence southerly along said curve to the left, through a central angle of 5 °55'26 ", an arc distance
of 34.12 feet to the True Point of Beginning also being a point on a curve concave to the east,
having a radius of 330.00 feet, from which the radius point bears North 79 °53'05" East;
Thence continuing southerly along said curve, to the left, through a central angle of
