A sixty (60.00) foot square easement for storm drains, drainage and drainage
appurtenances, and maintenance thereto over under and across that portion of Parcel 5 of
Parcel Map 22745, County of Riverside, State of California, as shown on the map filed in
Book 155, Pages 71 through 74 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a southeasterly corner of Tract 28754 -. in the Unincorporated Territory of the
County of Riverside, State of California, as shown on. the map filed in Book, Pages
through 4 r of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County said point also
being the southeast corner of Lot 'C' (Morning Breeze Drive) of said tract;
