Book 155, Pages 71 through 74 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of Tract 28754 -2 in the Unincorporated Territory
of the County of Riverside, State of California, as shown on the map filed in Book �15
Pages q�L through !1�_ of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County said
point also being the most northeasterly corner of Morning Breeze Drive of said tract;
