Said vacation of a portion of Sendero Del Charro and a portion of a 60.00 foot
c , wide road easement as herein described are at the request of the adjacent

- will be accessible through private road easements. All adjacent land owners

9 WHEREAS, the hereinafter described portion of Sendero Del Charro was dedicated to
10 the County by Parcel Maps 7227 recorded in Book 25, Page 72 of Parcel Maps and Parcel
11 Map 6956 recorded in Book 23, Page 7 of Parcel Maps and the hereinafter described portion
12 of a 60.00 foot wide Road Easement was dedicated to the County by Declaration of Dedication
13 recorded on September 19, 1974 as instrument number 121283, all records of the Recorders
14 Office, Riverside County, California; and, _

16 WHEREAS, the westerly 30.00 feet of said 60.00 wide Road Easement was vacated
17 by Resolution Number 79 -04, recorded on January 29, 1979 as Instrument Number 20053,
18 Records of said County; and,

20 WHEREAS, the hereinafter described portion of Sendero Del Charro and hereinafter
21 described portion of a 60.00 foot wide Road Easement are excess right -of -way not required for
22 public street or highway purposes, and this vacation will not eliminate access to any parcels;
23 therefore,

3 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
4 the County of Riverside, State of California -, in regular session assembled
5 on August 29 , 2000, as follows:

7 1. That the hereinafter described portion of Sendero Del Charro and the hereinafter
8 described portion of the 60.00 foot wide Road Easement, are excess right -of -way not required
9 for public street and highway purposes, and pursuant to section 8334(a) of the Streets and
10 Highways Code, the offers of dedication to the public are hereby vacated:

12 Said roads are in the County of Riverside, State of California, and are
13 described as follows:

15 SENDERO DEL CHARRO (see attached Exhibit "A ")

17 A PORTION OFA 60.00 FOOT WIDE ROAD EASEMENT (see attached Exhibit "A ")

19 EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation easements for any existing public
20 utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate, replace,
21 remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to section 8340 of the Streets and Highways Code.

23 2. That the herein a bove-described portions of Sendero Del Charro and the portion of
24 the 60.00 foot wide Road Easement are unnecessary for present or prospective public use,
25 including use as a non - motorized transportation facility.
