SUBJECT: Summarily vacating a portion of Restricted Abutters Rights of Access along
Tenaja Road, in the Santa Rosa Area, First Suoervisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
That the Board adopt Resolution No. 2000 -265, summarily vacating a portion
of restricted abutters rights of access along Tenaja Road.
JUSTIFICATION:
To enable the property owners to provide better access to their parcel, a
portion of the restricted abutters rights of access must be vacated in order to
facilitate the new entrance.

SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF RESTRICTED ABUTTERS RIGHTS
OF ACCESS ALONG TENAJA ROAD, IN THE SANTA ROSA AREA
(AB- 00015)
(FIRST SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the restricted abutters rights of access along Tenaja Road were
established by the recording of Parcel Map 14922, in Book 107, pages 79 thru 80, records of
the Recorder, Riverside County, California; and,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of restricted abutters rights of access for
parcel 4 of said map are not necessary; and, _
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled
on September 26 , 2000, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways code that the hereinafter
described abutters restricted rights of access are an excess interest in the named right -of -way
that is not required for highway purposes and is hereby summarily vacated:

Board shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Riverside County, California.
