accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of
Riverside on behalf of the public for public roads and utility

System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County
Ordinance No. 569. Grantee consents to recordation thereof

That certain parcel of land situated in the unincorporated territory of the County of
Riverside, State of California, lying within Section 4, T.7S., R.2W., SBM, and being that
portion of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 15245 filed in Book 90, Page 43 of Parcel Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, included within a strip of land 20.00
feet wide, the westerly line of which is described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of Parcel 6 of said Parcel Map No. 15245;
thence along the northerly line of said Parcel 6 South 89 °34'37" East 1325.70 feet to the
