The vacation of Raindance Road and Canal Road will not landlock parcels within Parcel Map 7444. Access to parcels within Parcel Map J, 7444 has been provided by private reciprocal easements within Raindance Road W� and Canal Road. (/} Per the Fire Department the owners have executed an agreement pertaining to the installation of gates.
