JUSTIFICATION:
Portions of Stoneridge Drive, along with the other roads in this vicinity are
currently in the County Maintained Road System. Accepting this portion of
Stoneridge Drive into the County Maintained Road System will fill in a section
of the road not currently maintained and pnecontinuity in this area.

ACCEPTING A PORTION OF STONERIDGE DRIVE, IN THE MOCKINGBIRD CANYON
AREA, INTO THE COUNTY MAINTAINED ROAD SYSTEM.
(First Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described public road was offered for dedication for public road
purposes by Tract Map 9696 recorded in Book 95, Pages 13 and 14 of Maps, and Tract Mapl 1153 -1
recorded in Book 102, Pages 90 through 92 inclusive, records of the Recorder's Office, Riverside County,
California, which offers of dedication have been previously accepted by the County of Riverside for public
use by Tract Map 11153 -1 recorded in Book 102, Pages 90 through 92 inclusive and instrument number
112077 recorded June 16, 1981, but are not part of the County Maintained Road System, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on December 19 7 2000,
that this Board accepts said road into the County Maintained Road System pursuant to Section 941 of the
Streets and Highways Code;
Said road is in the County of Riverside, State of California, and is described as follows:

7 described as follows; All that portion of said Stoneridge Drive, 60.00 feet wide, lying between Canyon
8 View Drive and the South line of said Tract 9696.
