This portion of El Palomino Drive, a County Maintained road, is excess County
highway and is no longer required for public road purposes.This vacation is a
condition of approval for Tentative Parcel a 2868 .

SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF EL PALOMINO DRIVE

(Second Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of El Palomino Drive was Grant
deeded to the.County of Riverside by a deed recorded on February 8, 1961 in book 2846,
page 56, of official records of the Recorder of Riverside County, California
WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described portion of El Palomino Drive is excess right -
of -way not required for public street or highway purposes, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on January 5 ,
1999, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that the
hereinafter - described portion of El Palomino Drive is excess right -of -way and is no longer
required for highway purposes and said portion of road is hereby summarily vacated.

AS EXHIBIT'WAND MADE A PART HEREOF
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing
public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate,
replace, remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to Section 8340 of the Streets and
Highways Code.

A portion of Parcel 3 per Grant Deed recorded February 8, 1961 as. Instrument Number 1 -0847,
records of the County of Riverside, State of California, also being a portion of Lot 10, Block 2,
Jurupa Heights, as shown on Map as filed in Book 3 page 16 of Maps, per Records of said
County, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Southerly comer of Riverside County Acquisition Parcel
No. 0479 -001, per Grant Deed recorded April 19, 1996 as Instrument No. 141881, Records of
said County;
THENCE South 62° 19'52" East, 6.57 feet to a point lying Westerly of, and 3 3. 00 feet from the
centerline of El Palomino Drive;
THENCE parallel with and 33.00 feet from the centerline of said El Palomino Drive, South
10 11 26 1 05" East, 22.76 feet to a point, being the beginning of a non- tangent 4838.00 foot radius
curve, concave Southerly, a radial bears North 10 °50'14" West;
THENCE Westerly along the are of said curve, through a central angle of 00'14 a distance
