SUBJECT: Summarily vacating the right to accept a 40 foot private access easement in
the Glen Avon Area, Second Su ervisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
That the Board adopt Resolution No. 99 -048, summarily vacating the right to
accept a 40 foot private access easement.
JUSTIFICATION:
The 40 foot private access easement is not needed as an access to the
Northwest Sheriff Station, as other alternate access for the Northwest
Sheriff Station project has been defined. Th' roject is being funded by the
Economic Development Agency.

SUMMARILY VACATING THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT
A 40 FOOT PRIVATE ACCESS EASEMENT IN THE GLEN AVON

(Second Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described 40 foot private access easement was
retained for private access purposes by Parcel Map 24710 recorded in book 186, pages 45
through 47, inclusive, of parcel maps records of the Recorder of Riverside County,
Califomia;
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described 40 foot private access easement is excess
right -of -way not required for public street or highway purposes, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on March 2 ,
1999, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that the
hereinafter - described 40 foot private access easement is no longer required for highway
purposes and the right to accept is hereby summarily vacated.

AS EXHIBIT "A" AND MADE A PART HEREOF
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
