Beginning at the most Easterly comer of said Lot 3, also being the most
Southerly comer of said Lot 4, being a point in the Northeasterly line of Seminole Drive
(relocated), 50.00 feet wide, as shown on State Highway Right of Way Map No. 984541
on file in the Office of the Riverside County Surveyor, File No. 204 -658;
Thence N.47 along said Northeasterly line of Seminole Drive
(relocated), a distance 6.24 feet;
Thence N.50 continuing along said Northeasterly line of Seminole
Drive (relocated), a distance of 143.90 feet, to the centerline of said.Cherokee Drive
