BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE
RESOLUTION NO 99 -150
ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR A PUBLIC ROAD,
IN THE JUNIPER FLATS AREA
(Third Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described public road was offered for dedication for public road
purposes by the Declarations of Dedication hereinafter- referred to, which offers of dedications have
not previously been accepted by the County, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on 1999,
that this Board accepts the offer of dedication and recognizes that said road is a public road open
for use by the general public;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this acceptance is for
the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public road and
utility uses and is not an acceptance of the road into the County Maintained Road Systein pursuant
to Section 941 of the Streets and Highway Code, said road shall not become part of the County
Maintained Road System unless subsequently accepted into said maintained road system by a
resolution adopted by this Board;
Said road is in the County of Riverside, and Is described as follows;

St. Claire Road as dedicated per Declaration of Dedication recorded October 5, 1976 as
instrument number 149601, and the southerly 30.00 feet of the Declaration of Dedication recorded
December 1, 1975 as instrument number 148759, all records of the Recorder, Riverside County,
I California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California.
