SUBJECT: Summarily vacating a portion of Restricted Abutters Rights of Access along
Harrel Street, in the Mira Loma Area, Second Supervisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
That the Board adopt Resolution No. 99 -085, summarily vacating a portion of
restricted abutters rights of access along Harrel Street.
JUSTIFICATION:
The development company has revised the site plan and moved three of the
driveway entrances so that it no longer corresponds to the driveways shown
on PM 25317. In order to enable the development company to complete its
project, a portion of the restricted abutters rights of access must be vacated

9 WHEREAS, the restricted abutters rights of access along Harrel Street was
10 established by the recording of Parcel Map 25317, in Book 175, pages 10 through 15
11 inclusive, records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California; and,
12
13 WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portions of restricted abutters rights of access
14 for Parcels 3, 5 and 6 of said map are not necessary and are excess interest: now, therefore,
15
16 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
17 the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
18 June 1 , 1999, as follows:
19 1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways code that the hereinafter
20 described restricted abutters rights of access is an excess interest in the named right-of-way
21 that is not required for highway purposes and is hereby summarily vacated:

Thence South 00 58'44" West along the west line of said Lot "B ", a distance of 44.00
feet to the southwest corner thereof,
