RESOLUTION NO 99 -152
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE
ACCEPTING PORTIONS OF LANGLOIS ROAD, 18"i. STREET, AND CLIFTON STREET, IN
THE DESERT HOT SPRINGS AREA, INTO THE COUNTY
MAINTAINED ROAD SYSTEM.
(Fourth Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described roads were offered for dedication for public road
purposes by the following Declaration of Dedications, recorded on March 28, 1980 as Instrument
number 60089 and recorded on February 20, 1980 as Instrument Number 33694 records of the
Recorders Office, Riverside County, California, which have not been accepted into the County
Maintained Road System, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on June 1
1999, that this Board accepts the offers of dedication and recognizes that said roads are public roads
open for use by the general public and be formally brought into the County Maintained Road System;
$E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this acceptance is
for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public roads and
utility uses and is an acceptance of the roads into the County Maintained Road System pursuant to
Section 941 of the Streets and Highway Code, said roads are accepted into the County Maintained
Road System;
Said roads are in the County of Riverside, State of California, and are described as follows:

60089. The westerly 330.00 feet of 18TH. Street, parcel 1 (44.00' wide) of said Instrument Number
60089. The westerly 627.00 feet of Clifton Street, Parcel 3, (30.00 wide), of said Instrument Number
60089. The westerly 660.00 feet of Clifton Street, (30.00 wide), as dedicated on Instrument Number
33694, recorded on February 20, 1980, records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California.
