RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 99 -208 accepting an offer of dedication into the County
Maintained Recreation Trail System.
JUSTIFICATION:
Riverside County Regional Park and Open Space District, through the
Transportation Department, has requested the acceptance of the Open Space
and Equestrian Easement as shown on Tract Map 14377 into the County
Maintained Recreation Trail System.

COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE
ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION INTO THE COUNTY MAINTAINED
RECREATION TRAIL SYSTEM, IN THE LAKE MATHEWS AREA
(First Supervisorial District
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described Open Space and Equestrian Easement was offered for
dedication for public easement purposes by Tract Map 14377, recorded in Book 140, Pages 99 through
103, inclusive records of the Recorders Office, Riverside County California which has not previously
been accepted into the County Maintained Recreation Trail System; and,
WHEREAS, public convenience and welfare now requires that the hereinafter described Open
Space and Equestrian Easement be formally brought into the County Maintained Recreation Trail System;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on June 29, ' 1999,
that this Board accepts the offer of dedication for the hereinafter- described Open Space and Equestrian
Easement and recognizes that said Easement is hereby accepted into the County Maintained Recreation
Trail System;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board shall cause a certified copy of this
