SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF OAK SPRINGS ROAD,
IN THE MURRIETA AREA
(AB- 99-15)
( FIRST SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described portion of Oak Springs Road as dedicated to
the County by Parcel Map 2277$ recorded in book 158, pages 37 through 41 inclusive of
Parcel Maps, and Parcel Map 9637, recorded in book 58, pages 1 through 5 of Parcel Maps,
both Records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California; and,
WHEREAS, that portion of Oak Springs Road is not part of the General Plan and not
required for public street or highway purposes, and that this vacation will not eliminate access
to any parcels; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on August 10
1999, as follows:
1. That the hereinafter described portion of Oak Springs Road, is excess right -of -way
not required for public street and highway purposes, and pursuant to section 8334(a) of the
Streets and Highway Code, the offers of dedication to the public are hereby summarily
vacated: -

HERETO AS EXHIBITS "A" &"B' AND MADE A PART HEREOF
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing public
utilities and public service facilities, -together with the right to maintain, operate, replace,
remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to section 8340 of the Streets and Highway Code.
2. That the herein above - described portion of Oak Springs Road is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use, including use as a non - motorized transportation facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Cleric of this
Board shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Riverside County, California.
