JUSTIFICATION:
Santa Rosa Community Service District has determined that the driveway
location as shown on PM 23399 does not conform to the SRCSD ordinance
for required sight distance. As shown on the driveway encroachment permit
issued by the SRCSD, the driveway must be located 574' northerly of Calie
Pintoresca. The existing opening is located at 450' northerly of Caile
Pintoresca and access restriction will be ded' ted by the current owners to
close the existing opening.

9 WHEREAS, the restricted abutters rights of access along Via Vaquero was
10 established by the recording of Parcel Map 23399, in Book 176, pages 3 thru 4, records of
11 the Recorder, Riverside County, California; and,
12 WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of restricted abutters rights of access for
13 parcel 1 of said map is not necessary and is excess interest.
14 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
15 the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled
16 on August 24 . . 1999, as follows:
17 1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways code that the
18 hereinafter described abutters restricted rights of access is an excess interest in the named
19 right-of-way that is not required for highway purposes and is hereby summarily vacated:

22 2. That the herein described portion of the County Highway is unnecessary for
