SUBJECT: Summarily vacating a Drainage Easement, in the Lake Mathews Area, First
Supervisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
That the Board adopt Resolution No. 99 -229, summarily vacating the herein
described Drainage Easement.
JUSTIFICATION:
The owner of the lot affected by the drainage easement has requested the
vacation because the drainage easement i longer necessary. The
drainage facilities have been relocated. /

SUMMARILY VACATING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT
IN THE LAKE MATHEWS AREA
(AB -99 -011)
( FIRST SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described portion of the drainage easement as dedicated
to the County by Tract Map 28669, recorded in book 276, pages 41 through 45 inclusive,
records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California; and
WHEREAS, the drainage easement is no longer necessary: and
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
September 21 , 1999, as follows:
1. That pursuant to section 8333(b) of the Streets and Highway Code, the right to
accept the dedication of the herein - after - described Drainage Easements are hereby
summarily vacated:

2. That 'the hereinabove - described drainage easement is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use, including use as a non - motorized transportation facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of this
Board shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Riverside County, California.
