RECOMMENDED MOTION:
That the Board adopt Resolution No. 99 -391 accepting the offer of
dedication for a public road.
JUSTIFICATION:
Southern California Edison has requested the acceptance of said road, to
enable their company to install their facilities Encroachment Permit.

4 ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION AS DESCRIBED IN THE HEREINAFTER
5 REFERRED TO DECLARATION OF DEDICATION FOR A UNNAMED CUL -DE -SAC, IN THE
6 PERRIS AREA
7 (Fifth SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)

9 WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described public road, as hereinafter- referred to, which
10 has not previously been accepted by the County, now, therefore,
11
12 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
13 the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
14 November 23 , 1999, that this Board accepts and recognizes that said road is a
15 public road open for use by the general public;
16
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that this acceptance is
18 for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public road
19 and utility uses and is not an acceptance of the roads into the County Maintained Road
20 System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code and that said road shall
21 not become a part of the County Maintained Road System unless subsequently accepted into
22 said maintained road system by resolution adopted by this Board;

24 Said road is in the County of Riverside, State of California, and is described as follows:
