southerly 55 feet of that portion of the south half of the northeast quarter of
Section 29, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, S. B. M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of the south half of the northeast quarter
of said Section 29, at a point 2235.42 feet, recorded in Instrument No. 94- 105869
O.R. as 33.87 chains, westerly of the northeast comer of the south half of the
northeast quarter of said Section 29, said corner being the northeast corner of
that certain tract of land conveyed to George Kujaneck by Deed recorded
January 26, 1918, in Book 476, Page 19 of Deeds, Riverside County Records;
Thence Easterly along said north line. a distance of 208.71 feet, to the northwest
corner of that certain tract of land conveyed to Sam J. Gantt and A. T. Gantt
