ACCEPTING HARVILL AVENUE ( "A" STREET) INTO THE
COUNTY MAINTAINED ROAD SYSTEM
(First Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described public road was offered for dedication for
public road purposes by Maps and Documents hereinafter- referred to, which offers of
dedication have not previously been accepted by the County of Riverside and have not
been accepted into the County Maintained Road System; now, therefore,
WHEREAS, public convenience and welfare now require that the hereinafter -
described road be formally brought into the County Maintained Road System; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
December 23 , 1997, that the hereinafter described road was previously accepted for
the purpose of vesting title only and, pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and
Highway Code, said road is accepted into the County Maintained Road System.
Said road is in the County of Riverside, State of California, and is described
as follows:
