THE SOUTH LINE OF AGATE TERRACE UNIT NO. 2 PER M.B. 27/1 APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY
MONUMENTED BEYOND OWNERSHIP LINES AS DISCLOSED BY R.S. 63/88 AND PERPETUTATED BY TRACT
NO. 14876 PER M.B. 107/20-21. 1 HAVE RE-ESTABLISHED THE ORIGINAL LINES OF LOT 50 OF AGATE
TERRACE UNIT NO. 2 PER M.B. 27/1, BUT HAVE EXCLUDED THAT PORTION OF SAID LOT LYING WITHIN
SAID TRACT NO. 14876.
THE REAR MONUMENTS WERE SET ON THE SIDELINES OF LOT 50 AT THEIR INTERSECTION WITH THE
NORTH BOUNDARY OF TRACT NO. 14876 PER M.B. 107/ 20-21 AS SAID BOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED
