and shown on Exhibit "B," ata ed he d incorporated herein by reference.

which do not i wi t drainage facilities.
2. to submit, in advance, preliminary and final plans for any construction
work to be n t easement area, for Grantor's review and approval, which approval
shall not b nreaso v withheld.
�e shall not change the existing grade or otherwise modify the topography of

Grantor shall not be required to contribute any part of the costs of drainage
e is on the easement area, and furthermore, if Grantor is included in any assessment
to pay such costs, Grantee shall reimburse Grantor for any assessment therefore levied

5. In the event of abandonment by Grantee of the rights granted herein, V
terminate, and Grantee shall thereupon, without cost to Grantor, restore the easement
condition as near as possible to that which existed prior to Grantee's occupancy

evidence of such abandonment.
