Bernardino Base and Meridian, as shown by United States Government Survey, described as follows:
Beginning at Northeasterly corner of said Section 27;
Thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Section, 256.25 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence Southerly and parallel with the Easterly line of said Section, 425 feet;
Thence Westerly and parallel with the Northerly line of said Section, 256.25 feet to the Westerly line
