Upon motion of Supervisor Talbot, seconded by Supervisor Dillon, and duly
carried, the following resolution was adopted, to -wit:
BE IT R -,SOLVED, this 19th day of -une,1939, by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Riverside, State of California, that the deed,dated rune 12th,1939
executed by Louis Dubin;
that the deed, dated May 22nd, 1939, executed by Mrs. Agnes Deardon;
that the deed, dated May 25th,1939, executed by xilliam J. Smith and Frances
Smith, and^
that the deed, dated May 25th, 1939,exeeuted by Mrs. Nellie Thalman, to
the County of Riverside, State of California, be,and they are hereby accepted,
for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and

said deeds, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
