This plat represents a dependent resurvey of a
portion of the subdivisional lines, designed
to restore the corners in their true original
locations according to the best available
evidence, the retracement of a portion of the
center line of the Colorado River Aqueduct,
the survey of the subdivision of section 2, and
the metes - and - bounds survey of a portion of the
Metropolitan Water District right -of -way
boundaries in section 2. Township 3 South,
Range 3 East, San Bernardino Meridian,
California.
Except as indicated hereon the lottings and
areas a as shown on the plat approved
February 3, 1897.
Surveys were executed by Edward J. Schefter,
Cadastral Surveyor, beginning December 7, 1983,
and completed January 24, 1984, pursuant to
Special Instructions dated November 9, 1983, for
Group No. 863, California.

This plat is strictly conformable to the
approved field notes, and the survey, having
