I, Charles J. Moore, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California;
that Tract Map No. 28789-F was prepared under my supervision and direction, and is filed in
Book 453 of Maps, at Pages 62 through 66, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside
County, State of California, and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance
with Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is corrected as follows:
1. Along the northerly line of lot 27, the easterly terminus of that course shown as
"N77°09'04"W 5.24"' has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106"
set in the concrete sidewalk at a 6.5' perpendicular offset northerly from said course.
2. Along the southerly line of lot 40, the westerly terminus of that course shown as
"N70029'24"E 17.82"' has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106"
set in the concrete sidewalk at a 6.5' perpendicular offset southerly from said course.
3. Along the southerly line of lot 18, the westerly terminus of that course shown as
"N82003'38"E 8.91"' has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106"
set in the concrete sidewalk at a 6.5' perpendicular offset southerly from said course.
4. The rear corners of lots 2 through 9 have been monumented with a lead, tack and tag
stamped "LS 9106" set in the top of wall at a 0.50' northerly prolongation of the side lot
lines of said lots 2 through 9.
5. Along the southerly line of lot 1, the easterly and westerly terminus of that course shown
as "N73023'03"E 34.17"' have been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS
9106" set in the top of wall at a 0.50' perpendicular offset northerly from said course.
6. Along the southerly line of lot 10, the westerly terminus of that course shown as
"N89043'31"W 107.99"' has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS
9106" set in the top of wall at a 0.50' perpendicular offset northerly from said course.
