I, Charles J. Moore, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California;
that Tract Map No. 28789-2 was prepared under my supervision and direction, and is filed in
Book 453 of Maps, at Pages 67 through 71, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside
County, State of California, and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance
with Chapter 3, Article 7, Section 66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is corrected as follows:
1. Along the southerly line of lot 32, the westerly terminus of that course shown as
"N68012'19'E 10.38"' has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106"
set in the concrete sidewalk at a 6.5' perpendicular offset southerly from said course.
2. Along the southerly line of lot 30, the easterly terminus of that course shown as
"N85052'48"W 10.47"' has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106"
set in the concrete sidewalk at a 6.5' perpendicular offset southerly from said course.
3. Along the southerly line of lot 29, the easterly and westerly terminus of that course shown
as "N69037'11"W 50.00"' have been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS
9106" set in the concrete sidewalk at a 6.5' perpendicular offset southerly from said
course.
4. Along the northerly line of lot 22, the easterly terminus of that course shown as
"N77051'35"E 6.16"' has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106"
set in the concrete sidewalk at a 6.5' perpendicular offset northerly from said course.
5. Along the northerly line of lot 19, the westerly terminus of that course shown as
"N68012'19"E 7.32"' has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106"
set in the concrete sidewalk at a 6.5' perpendicular offset northerly from said course.
6. Along the northerly line of lot 4, the easterly and westerly terminus of that course shown as
"N88029'11"W 12.94"' has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped "LS 9106"
set in the concrete sidewalk at a 6.5' perpendicular offset northerly from said course.
7. Along the easterly line of silicate drive, the northerly and southerly terminus of that course
shown as "A=7050'18" R=350.00' L=47.88"' has been monumented with a lead, tack and

tag stamped "LS 9106" set in the concrete sidewalk at a 4.5' radial offset northwesterly
from said course.
8. Along the easterly boundary of Tract No 28789-2, the northeasterly terminus of that course
shown as "N65049'43"E 18.66"' has been monumented with a lead, tack and tag stamped
"LS 9106" set in the concrete sidewalk at a 6.5' offset northerly and perpendicular to the
centerline of Nephrite Circle.
The present Fee Title owners of the property are not affected by the corrections.
