I, Robert S. Smith, certify that I am a Registered Professional Engineer of the State of California.
That a survey was prepared under my supervision and direction in Tract Map No. 31202-4. That
said Tract Map was filed on August 12, 2005, in Book 387 of Maps, at Pages 8 through 12,
inclusive, in the Office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California.
That Tract Map No. 31202-4 dedicated for public use certain easements for Pedestrian and
Equestrian purposes over Lots 1, 2, 19, 20 and 27 through 30, inclusive, which are shown on
Sheets 4 and 5 of the Tract Map as "16' Equestrian Easement" on these specific Lots. Prior to
development of these Lots, the City approved eliminating the Pedestrian and Equestrian
Easements over these lots and the final building plans for these Lots have been approved by the
City without the "16' Equestrian Easement".
Tract Map No. 31202-4 is corrected as follows:
