This plat of resurvey of section 2,T -5 S -,R - 4 E.,delineates a
retracement and reestablishment of the lines of the original sur-
vey as shown on plats approved- April 10,1886 and July 30.905
their true original position,'aceording to the best available
evidence of the position of the original corners; all differences
between the measurements shown on the original plats and those de-
rived in the retracement have been distributed proportionally bet-
ween accepted corners in accordance with surveying rules;referenoe
will be made to the original plats for the showing of areas and
more detailed descriptions of the various smaller subdivisions,
except where shown hereon.
This survey and resurvey is made for allotment purposes within
the Ague Caliente Mission Indian Reservation.
The survey of Tracts 37 to 47 incl.,and Tract 49 was made to
conform to the general scheme of adjacent 5 acre legal sub-
divisions in section 35, T -4 S., R - E-
The survey of Tract 48 was made for an Indian grazing allot-
ment.
Area of tracts 37 to 47 inclusive and tract 49,.5.00 acres each.
Area of tract 4b, 40.10 acres.
