And is corrected as follows:

Parcel 1, at the Southwesterly corner of Lot "A" the radial bearing for the curve radius of
12564.00' is NO°18'52"W(R).
2) On Sheet 6 - DETAIL `B-1"
The radial bearing at the westerly end of the curve radius of 12564.00'is NO* 18'52"W(R).
The present Fee Title Ownership of the property is not affected by the correction.
