A history of surveys is contained in the field notes.
This plat represents a dependent resurvey of a portion of
the subdivisional lines, designed to restore the corners
in their true original location according to the best
available evidence, and the survey of a portion of the
subdivisional lines of T. 3 S., R. 16 E., San Bernardino
Meridian, California.
A portion of the north boundary was surveyed concurrently
in T. 2 S., R. 16 E., and a portion of the west bound-
ary was resurveyed and surveyed concurrently in T. 3 S.,
R. 15 E., of this assignnu nt.
The areas are as shown on the plat approved October 21,
1 850, and the plat accepted April 10, 1963.
Survey.execut�d by )anicl P., Bauer, Terrence 0. Nickerson
and Kasper F. Schaff, Cadastral Surveyors, January 18 to
April 9, 1973, pursuant to Spe.iial Instrucrions dated
January 5, 1973, which provided for the surveys under
Group No. 627, California.
